In-Home Service Visit
Our In-Home Service Visit gives you a qualified technician who arrives prepared, explains the issue in plain English, and completes the repair in a single visit where practical — all with enough time included to do the job properly. The result is less downtime, fewer repeat issues and clear confidence about what to do next.
*Incl. 15 mins labour. Additional labour $39/15 mins. Repair times avg 30–45 mins. Pricing excludes parts.
Workshop Repairs
Drop your appliance into our workshop at 4 Sanders Street, Korumburra (located in the Industrial Estate). Our workshop rate is $152 (includes 30 mins of labour for one appliance) and is payable upon drop-off. For each additional appliance, add $76 for 30 mins labour.
If the problem is simple, that's the total charge. If the problem is complex, this inspection lets us provide a quote for repairs including part costs. Please call ahead so we can arrange assistance when dropping off or collecting appliances.

Commercial Rates & Zones

Dishwasher Installations
Have your new dishwasher professionally installed for peace of mind. This includes delivery and supply of your new dishwasher, and removal and disposal of the existing product and packaging.
